Impresionante tarta helada tipo comtessa, elaborada con nata para montar o crema de leche, merengue y finas capas de chocolate que cuando le metes la cuchara hace que suena a música celestial mientras va crujiendo a medida que sumerges la cuchara en ese paraíso de refrescante y exquisito sabor.
Los ingredientes para la tarta son los siguientes:
-600 ml. de nata para montar (35%) -de la que reservaremos 4 o 5 cucharadas para adornar nuestra tarta.
-160 g. de azúcar (80 g. para merengue y 80 g. para la nata)
-200 g. de chocolate negro (al gusto, pero el negro queda espectacular)
-3 claras de huevo -Media cucharadita de esencia de vainilla
Nota: El molde que usamos, que sea entrelargo, de plum cake es ideal para esta receta.
